Born in Denmark, Christian graduated from culinary school in Copenhagen and then served as a sergeant in the Danish Army. He has worked as a cook, sous-chef, and executive chef in Denmark, France, and the United States. He worked for more than ten years as an executive chef/food production manager for Aramark at Clemson University. In 2008 he was chosen as a chef for the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing and again in 2012 at the Summer Olympics in London. Christian is a member of Oconee Food Council, the author of ‘Tastes of Clemson Blue Cheese’ and currently owns and operates ‘The Nature’s Link,’ a local farm-to-table delivery system.
