Clemson University will be hosting a 2-day training workshop on organic certification.
Both days feature a number of speakers that will guide attendees through the guidelines and steps for organic certification.
Day 1 will go over standards, defining and developing an Organic System Plan, implementing on-farm practices, labeling and marketing, strategies, and challenges.
Day 2 will go over record-keeping, inspection preparations, and includes an on-farm tour to learn how it all works.
